1. Appointments: We highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate rescheduling or canceling appointments. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your appointment total.
3. Late Arrivals: Punctuality is essential to maintaining a streamlined schedule for all clients. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or abbreviate your service to accommodate other scheduled clients. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late, rescheduling may be recommended.
4. Children and Guests: In order to preserve a tranquil atmosphere for all clients, we request that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests who are not receiving services, unless their presence is necessary for assistance or supervision.
5. Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not fully content with your service, kindly notify us within 48 hours, and we will diligently address and resolve any concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but corrections will be made with the utmost care.
6. Personal Belongings: While we take every precaution to safeguard your belongings, we regretfully cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit to the salon.
7. Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is not included in the service price and is sincerely appreciated.
8. Health and Safety: Your well-being is our utmost concern. We adhere to stringent hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
